- ✓ Will I have one named project manager? You need one person who owns the plan.
- ✓ Are your crews employed by you? Subcontracted labour is harder to control on the day.
- ✓ What insurance do you hold, and can I see the certificates? Procurement teams will ask.
- ✓ Will you give me a fixed written price after a survey? Hourly rates make budgeting hard.
