- Survey. On site within 48 hours, or by video. We walk every room, check access, lifts and parking, and note any site rules.
- Written plan and fixed quote. Timings, crew numbers, crates, labelling and a BS 8522 risk assessment, priced to your specification.
- Paperwork. Method statements, insurance and certificates sent to your procurement or estates team before the job.
- Move. Our own crews protect floors and doorways, move everything in the agreed order and rebuild furniture to your floor plan. Weekday moves as standard, Saturdays on request.
- Afterwards. Crates collected, unwanted furniture donated or recycled, and a waste transfer note for anything disposed of.
Schools: plan around the summer holidays
Most school moves happen in the summer holidays. If you have a refurbishment, extension or classroom reshuffle planned, book a survey in the spring so the move is planned before term ends.
During building work we can empty classrooms into our secure Perth warehouse and bring everything back once the rooms are ready.

We planned the move around the weight of the gym equipment and free weights. Our own crew moved the gym, the marketing suite and the main office, with all the IT equipment and commercial printers.
The result
Everything moved by one team. Because of the weight of the loads, the move took three full truck loads.

Storage and clearance
Our 8,000 square foot Perth warehouse is protected by alarm, CCTV, access control, fire alarms and motion detectors, with alerts sent straight to our management team. There is no minimum storage term.
When furniture is not needed, we donate usable items to charities including Letham Climate Challenge, the Salvation Army and the British Heart Foundation, and recycle the rest as a SEPA-registered waste carrier. Business storage · Office clearance
